If you are seeing MIDI in other apps, try the Remap your controller option in the Melodics menu. Confirm that MIDI is being sent from the Maschine. Try using Maschine in MIDI mode with some other non-NI software (eg Ableton Live). Note that Melodics will see the Maschine even if it’s not in MIDI mode. Reboot your computer - you may need to do this to ensure the drivers are installed correctly. SHIFT + CHANNEL (Maschine+ must be in Controller Mode first.
